Eternity in Their hearts

I have seen the God-given task with which the sons of men are to be occupied. He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.  Eccl. 3:10-11

You now face the one thing that separates you from the Holy of Holies, which is the second Room of Mystery. You are more than likely ready to enter the next room by reaching down and picking up the hem of the bottom of the Veil, just as you lifted the curtain when you entered the Tabernacle and the screen as you entered the Sanctuary. Up to this point, you entered through each partition by your decision and your action. In other words, at each separating partition by an act of your will you chose to lift the curtain and walk through the opening before you. But, not this time, everything changes here.

THE ROOM

You might remember from previous posts that it was God who spoke the fire on the Altar of Incense into existence. This is the fire the priests were to never allow to go out.  It was from this fire that the Lampstand and the Bowl of incense on the Table of Showbread was lit. Both in creation and in the Holy Place of the Sanctuary God spoke light into existence.

In the same manner, God is about to do something else- He is about to lift the Veil, you are not to lift it. You do not come into the next room but by invitation. At this point, you cannot just lift the Veil and expect God to be there. We see and example of the same event take place with the Apostle John in Revelation chapter four; God opened a door (Veil) and invited John to come in/up.

ESSENTIAL WONDER

It is important to understand this in order to comprehend the fullness of why it is an “essential wonder” that it was God who tore the Veil in the Temple at the death of Jesus on the Cross. I’ll write more on that in another post, but just as it was with the Temple Veil, and with John on the Isle of Patmos, it is with you here. Entrance to the next room is by invitation only. Again I will deal with the tearing of the Veil later. However, if you do not grasp the un-torn Veil the deeper meaning of the torn Veil will escape you.

I hinted at God’s part in lifting the Veil in my last posting when I wrote, “Oh my! Something is happening to the Veil. I’d better go.” When the Veil is troubled or the littlest movement begins to take place, you do not want to be looking another direction. As the prophets wrote, I set my face like flint toward you and I shall not be moved.

REFLECTION

While you wait it would be good to take another look at your surroundings. Close your eyes and take a moment to remember. You are in a small room that is about fifteen feet wide and thirty feet deep. The cloth with Cherubim woven into it is thirty feet above you. Gold walls are to your right and left. The Table of Showbread is to your right (or North) and slightly behind you. The Lampstand is to your left (or South) and slightly behind you. The beautiful four colored Screened entrance to the Sanctuary is directly behind you.

The room has an Amber-esc color caused by the light of the Lampstand reflecting off the golden walls and refracting off the smoke in the air. This is truly a Room of Divinum Mysterium. The Next Room is very, very different and even more mysterious.

PREPARING FOR TRANSITION

When this Veil lifts and you step forward, you are leaving the second phase of Transition in the Three Dark Nights - you are leaving The Dark Night of the Soul. You now enter into a much more formidable time - of deep Spiritual learning. In this next Room of Mystery you will learn and witness that God, who is Spirit, rules over all things. Likewise, you will learn that your spirit, under God’s Spirit, rules over you and all you are.

GOD’S CREATION

You will begin to absorb that it is from here that God directs all of Creation, God’s Spirit in you now directs all of you. You are becoming one with Him. Thus, “Your Kingdom Come, Your will be done on Earth (Me) as it is in Heaven is not just a trite statement designed to take up space in your Bible. It is Transformation at the highest level possible on this side of Eternity. This is what Paul wrote about in First Corinthians II - deep spirituality is only accomplished through spirit to spirit communication. In this room you will become one with God’s Spirit of Understanding, Knowledge, and Wisdom.

Blessings,

John Paul

    John Paul,
I experienced something strange last night, a feeling I can’t recall before. Listening to a teaching and falling into the twilight zone, in a dream that included the teaching, a different kind of fear came upon me. Not of terror, like when an angel comes, but a fear mixed with awe and purity. I awoke and felt immense vibration and a sense of awe and purity, is that the fear of the Lord feels like?

I hear you in all the allegory but I was wondering what a person looks like when they go through this. What are the earmarks of an individual who is going through this transition. Can you see it in their lives? Does it come and go or is it a one time event? You know, I was just curious about the non-allegory part.

I want to become one with God’s Spirit of understanding, knowledge and wisdom, and to go through the highest level of transformation on this side of eternity.

    Dear John
Nice to see you’re back at it.
Its very crowded and a little confusing in my temple.
Its time for me to get out and enjoy the moment.

I must admit that this whole prospect ignites fear in me. I don’t think it is a holy fear. I wonder if this has something to do with your last post. What can I do? I confess this as sin and truly want to repent, but when I read your post, I am afraid of what entering in may entail. Does this have to do with circumstances? I’m with “one of those”. More informatin please. JP, What did your experience look like. Will you share?

I have been thinking about the 120 in the upper room. An “invitation” must have been issued to each one of them to come to this room and wait.

    They were 120 different people–with different agendas–different needs…..

But as 10 days passed–their differences and individuality took the back seat. They learned the lesson of continuing in prayer and supplication in one accord–not 120 ways–but one.

I believe we are about to have a new filling of the HOLY Spirit that we’ve never experienced. We are exhorted to continue to be refilled so we are fresh for the use of our DADDY GOD.

Let’s encourage each other to stand in front of this veil. GOD knows where each of us are at and HE will have HIS own unique way for issuing out the “invitation” to us. Let us not have fear but examine ourselves and keep our eyes open for the moving of the SPIRIT and the veil in front of us.

Let’s not miss the invitation—-I’m got my pen in hand to sign that R.S.V.P. like you CM and Oyinda I like your “Beam me up Scotty” remark.

Love to this “Here we are LORD” group,
    Linda

Hi to all who are standing here: Wow! What a trip! If it helps any of you to know that I am definitely not good enough to be standing here. It’s only through the blood of Jesus that any of us are alive. It is for God’s greater purpose that we have all these troubles and failures in this life. He is making sure that we are not getting too comfortable this side of eternity. Fear not, Believe only. The same Lord who brought you safely through everything so far will take you the rest of the way. I have been meditating on the 23rd Psalm.
“The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want…… Think of him as a gentle, caring, shepherd. And we are just dumb sheep. He knows. He made us frail and the longer we are on this earth the more frail we are and the more we learn to lean on him. And we mature. Trust. Rest. Reflect. Blessings, Holly

RE Roje Altman’s experience. Recently James Goll and Patricia King discussed “assigned angels” on the Extreme Prophetic program on GOD TV(not angels on assignment, but angels that are assigned to individuals). One type of assigned angel they felt would be sent out soon to individuals was an angel that carried the essence of the fear of the Lord, another the essence of the presence of the Lord.

James Goll said “yes it’s God touching you, yes it’s the Holy Spirit touching you, but He’s using an instrument called the winds of God, the flames of fire” (he gave Hebrews 1:7 & 14 as reference.) Angels coming on the wind.

    ———–me:
The fear of the Lord in our hearts to keep us from sin; the prescense of God enveloping us within and without…the beautiful and the terrible all at the same time.

Learning and stepping into God ruling over me and all that I am. Now there’s a sure-fire transition to increased carpet time, and I’m thinking to the freedom I’ve been wanting.

    Dear Friends:

Please pray for me, my, family, and next phase in our ministry. As I stand before the veil, I have been compelled and prompted by the Holy Spirit that before I enter into this next room I need to be seriously praying, I need to undergo careful self examination of my heart reflecting on the words of my mouth in relation to my future and has been spoken to me by the spirit of God and the impact that it has had upon my life, the atmosphere around me especially in my thought life and communicating and communing with the Lord about certain situations and decisions that I have to make that will affect my life and the lives of others around me from family life to ministry. No matter what, prayer and fasting is required for me in this special time of transitioning before I go through this veil. At this crucial time, I am left with a strange and uncomfortable feeling of the unknown but I am willing to step out in faith with the guidance of the Holy Spirit leading me by the hand and holding onto Him for dear life. It is at this place that I stop in awe and wonder how on earth can I ever function without His presence and grace operating in my life? The answer is only with “JESUS” by my side can I do all things with Him and through Him that strengthens me. I am sure that this is where many of you here on this blog are at this time. So, as you pray for me, I will be praying for you. Ok, its a done deal (lol)!

    Bless All of You!

    Hi John Paul,

Im also wondering the same as One Of Those.. Also, can this whole process happen in an instant? It says through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence. I always interpreted this in a way that means i can be in the place that the ‘Dark Nights’ purpose me to be in, through faith in an instant. In fact i am there right now even if what i see tells me otherwise.. As i walk in it, experience will follow.
I somehow know that its both.. we are sanctified and being sanctified we are made Holy and are being made Holy.. (is this correct.. im teaching myself here.. haha.. i think that the sooner i accept that i am sanctified the easier it will be for me to be sanctified). I think that this may help Nina.. In that there is no reason to fear when you are in faith that you are in the hands of God who loves you. As you accept in faith His love and process fear will turn to excitement and expectation and hope. (Perfect love drives out fear).

Thank you John Paul for your posts.. I would love to know more on One Of Those’ question.

    John Paul,

I’ve started watching the DVD’S for the 101 Correspondence course. The material you cover is excellent as you zip along. I’m glad that I have a remote control that I can pause and think about these points you are making. I was looking through the notebook and homework assignments. I don’t suppose Streams provides “Cliff Notes” for Ezekiel? ha!ha!

Y’all— are you looking for signs of movement of the veil? Is there any significance of the brick wall and you standing in front of it? I noticed a little “torn” place at the top left hand corner of the photo on the fan page profile…..We need to keep our eyes focused like Elisha did following Elijah around…..We don’t know when God’s invitation will come……..and we gain entrance into the new room. Let’s keep comparing notes with each other.

Shirley–remember Laverne and Shirley? You and I need to get sweaters with our personal monogram: “S” for you and “L” for me…

Shirley, all kidding aside–your friends here are praying for you to hear that still small voice and gain His peace for the situations you mentioned. God is using you and your husband in many ways to spread His Kingdom…

    Rejoicing in Him,
    Linda

    John
I realize when reality checks in that its still a walk

  17. Shirley C October 30th, 2009 5:11 pm

    Linda:

I do remember “Laverne and Shirley”, and their song at the beginning of the show. Maybe I ought to go and listen to it on an old episode. I believe the Lord also uses songs to emphasize something in the prophetic to confirm and encourage what he has spoken lol. Lenny and Squiggy were something else too, (lol). Thanks for the encouraging words for the next season. Its so easy to believe for others about what God is doing for them. Not so easy when it comes to me. At times it seems that God is playing a game of “hide and seek” with us. The ironic thing is the word “Seek” is part of the name of the ministry. Maybe, this is His sense of humor being played out in my life, (lol). I am rejoicing with you, dear one of His!

    Peace & Joy Always!

Hello to my friends on Coffee Talk

I mentioned a while back that my dad who is 80 years old recently came into a personal relationship with Jesus. He was baptized on August 30th and has since gone through an amazing transformation.

Recently I was sitting at the kitchen table talking to my dad and he said to me that for the first time in his life he realized that he has a problem with anger. “…but God - who is rich in mercy” (Ephesians 2:4)

I asked him, curious as I was; “how did this happen?” He went on to say that he usually listens to a certain radio program at night and for some reason he could not find the program that he usually listens to.

He said that he scrolled through the dial until he came across a gospel program by Dr. Charles Stanley. He just happened to be teaching a four part series, titled:”Are YOU Angry.” He said that after listening to that teaching, he began to be aware of his anger.

Of course, for me, this whole issue of ANGER has been one of the most important discoveries that the Spirit of God has brought to my awareness in this last season: “dark night of the soul.”

So, after listening to the series by Dr. Charles Stanley I would like to suggest to anyone out there in bloggersville – who like myself – might not have been aware of this whole issue of anger in your life.

It is available in CD & DVD format for purchase including notes or you can just watch & listen to the video posted on his web site for the month of October.

To check out this teaching just click on this link: http://www.intouch.org/site/c.cnKBIPNuEoG/b.4945473/k.BE35/Home.htm

John Paul says we are about to enter into a new “dark” night…in the mystery room

In the natural— it is already “dark” outside– just a little after 6pm since time fell back today.

I know we won’t experience a natural light in the next phase of our journey…I am looking forward to experiencing GOD “enlightening” our path with HIS light.

Looking forward to the next post!

Tomorrow is a new day in more ways than just one! Those who know love, joy, and compassion know God. If you want more of him, just ask. Its that simple. Abba (father) in heaven pays attention to you when you pay attention to him. Keep it real, y’all. ~Peace~

There is a Rapture clue in Matthew 16 & 17.

The whole of Matthew 16 should parallel our spiritual journey. In a simple sense, Matthew 16 begins with discernment of the times. Then it proceeds to discerning the church where we find the true revelation of it in the revelation of Matthew 23, because the errant churches have paralleled the religious system of Israel. Then we see the true followers. Knowing Jesus is the distinction of a true follower of Christ, like Israel the church does not know Jesus. But Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Matt 16:16

Matthew 16:24-28 ends with the cross and the reward of the saints and the coming of the kingdom. Matthew 17:1-8 begins with the Rapture and the revelation of the Son of God in heaven. 2 Peter 1:17-19 confirms the transfiguration in Matthew 17 on a high mountain is a type of Rapture, with the mention of 3 tabernacles which is a type of marriage in Jewish custom. And the Father was pleased with the Beloved Son. Moses and Elijah talked with Jesus about the cross which is a type of dowry. It is fitting of a marriage in heaven. You can work the clues out yourself.

Matthew 16 talks about the cross near the end, just before the Rapture, I believe this means that nearing the end of the journey, many will have the revelation of themselves not as justified but as sinners. This is also how Jesus and Paul ended their journeys. If we are honest with ourselves, we are sinners of every sort, even though we do righteousness. By following the Lamb you can reach this place. If you are honest, you know you still sin the sins you thought you have overcame, whatever they are.

I finished watching the 101 DVD’S yesterday and I have started listening to the CD’S.

I like that line that says “When the student is ready the teacher will appear.”

I did my interview with my pastor yesterday. He was very impressed with the course manual and said he would like to see people in our church taking this correspondence course. It is a good investment for kingdom living.

    In training,
    Linda

Lord,I need your help please give me the grace to absorb you completely in my whole entire being, family, and in ministry as you “Let your kingdom come your will be done on earth (me) as it is in heaven! This is what I want for my b-day gift.

Sorry, i would like to say i do not claim myself to be the Bride who will surely marry the King. Neither do i know much of anything.

Many would seek to enter but the door will be closed on them. And all these while they thought they are ready. Not even a zealous one in my country i know will be ready, how much more you?

  28. Nameless November 7th, 2009 12:46 pm

Jesus went up into an high mountain, not on a high mountain. There appeared Moses and Elias talking with him. Jesus-Grace, Moses-The Law, Elias-The prophets. Peter wanted to build a tablenacle for all three, but through his clouded mind Our Father said,Hear Jesus! The Law and the prophets were unto John, since then the Kingdom of God is preached. We are completely under grace, Cannot mix the three. Mixing the law with grace will bring condemnation even though you know you are under grace. This is my beloved son ,hear him! Glad tidings of Great Joy! I have not found many churches who spend the whole sermon on King Jesus, many pastors go from the old testament then to Pauls letters, or Peters and so on,but they stay away from the gospels, where the one that our Father told us to hear, speaks. If you think that all the gospels are about is, the birth, death and resurrection, you will be missing the real food. Search the gospels again, only, eat slower There is where the X marks the spot! Hear Jesus! Jesus Bless all you who seek Him and his Gracious Words.

I know we are going through a journey (and I love this journey we are on!), and waiting for the lifting of the veil, but I have never been able to picture that veil other than this:

I always see giant hands with a firm and determined grip at the top of the veil beginning the rip from the top. Great anticipation mounts as I can feel and see the ripping of that veil (it seems to me it is going in slow motion as if the Father is savoring every moment)and I’m thinking my heart will explode when that tear reaches the bottom. I feel like my “insides” are doing exactly the same thing as that curtain, at the very same time…sort of like a tunnel being etched into the core of me where the love and light of God keeps pouring in like a slow honey trying to make deeper and deeper inroads into me, (visually it seems something like liquid golden light…maybe like a lava flow?)

Deep gratitude and more love than I thought I could even feel for Jesus pretty much brings me to tears at this point…without Him I am realizing more and more there would be no invitation for me…without Jesus there would be no salvation, and no door of Jesus’ righteousness to walk in through. I would have no way of being close to God..the perfect Father..I’d just burn up in God’s glory, I guess, rather than have the chance to run into His arms and sit in His lap. Can you imagine how it would be if we couldn’t sit in our Father’s lap and lay our ears against his chest to hear His heart beat!

To me, the central thing of this journey we are being introduced to is “Likewise, you will learn that your spirit, under God’s Spirit, rules over you and all you are.”

I just keep praying — “Please help get it”.
