The Altar of Incense
Standing in front of the Lampstand, you have been looking directly into the light for some time now. Light and life have entered you at levels you have not experienced before.
As you slowly turn from the Lampstand, it will take a few moments for your eyes to adjust to the dimness of the light there before you. There is a glow from the Altar of Incense and the five substances now burning on top of it. Remember, there is no light from the outside entering this room, so the glow from the Altar of Incense, the light from the Lampstand, along with the slight glow from the frankincense burning in the bowl on top of the Table of Showbread, furnish the only light in the room. But, there is a lot of Amber-esc smoke.
THE FIRST FOUR THINGS
You are now approaching the fifth piece of furniture in the Tabernacle and the last piece of furniture in this first Room of Mystery. As you try to take it all in, you will notice four things. First, you will see the smoke rising from the top of this Golden Altar. I’ll write more on this later. Second, you will notice it is all gold. Third, you notice that around the top of it there is a Crown spanning between the horns at each corner. Forth, you will notice it is not very tall.
TAKE TIME TO ABSORB
Take a good look, because like all the prior furniture in the Tabernacle that you have stood before and absorbed, you will absorb and become this Altar that is now before you. As with all the furniture in the Tabernacle, you can only stand before this Altar because the blood of the lamb has been sprinkled upon it. This sprinkling of blood, on every piece of furniture, is done once a year by the High Priest (Jesus Christ).
THE GOLDEN CROWN
The gold crown on top of the Altar of Incense will eventually become your crown, which you will one day joyously “cast at the feet of Jesus.”
You might recall that up to the Lampstand you had things taken away from you. However, at the Lampstand you began to have something added to you, oil, light, and life. Here, at the Altar of incense, you will have somethings added to you as well. You will leave this Altar with a crown and God will breathe into you five things that you will breathe back to Him.
The mystery grows.

When we handle the temple furniture, they have heavenly power in themselves and ‘God has His way’ when we appropiate the furniture which is unheard of in earthly furniture. They are from above and God Himself is the furniture in heaven. We are dealing with Persons not an object.
How much control does one really have when he steps into Mount Zion? How much control does one really have in the gifts when God does have His way in the gifted?
JPJ, have you considered compiling all this revelation on the tabernacle into a meditative series like you did with the I Am series, the books and CD’s?

These 5 things…
He gives us Mercy and Grace, we give him our obedience (rom 1:5)
He sings over us (PS 40:3) - we give him praise. (ps 96:1)
He crowns us with Glory (Heb 2:7) although the translation is incorrect, we are not lower than angels. We are of the God class and angels are of the servant class. - We give Him glory (2 cor 6:20)
The Father Loves us - We love Him (john 13:34)
He has blessed us from the beginning (gen 12:2) . We bless Him (rev 5:13)
As I pondered this, these wonders came to mind.

Now the dreams I had years ago are starting to make since; dreams about jewels, make overs, gowns and dressing rooms. The Priest’s ephod with the stones on them, that’s us…how we should present ourselves before the Lord’s alter, isn’t it! Never coming before the Lord without reminding Him about others; the lost and in need! We have preistly duties. I keep hearing…those who serve at the alter eat at the alter! I am truly starting to get who we are, where we are and why we are! Thank you so much John Paul!!! How much more timely can this understanding be given this hour and this generation. I say this all of the time but thank you for your obedience and for staying the course. May the Lord richly bless you! I could weep for joy because the Lord never leaves us nor forsakes us…never! Bless His mighty name!
I really injoy your blog. I want to leave a comment for some one who has never expieranced the things you talk about in your blog. I have never expieranced the things you talk about but do understand this happens to some people. some of my frends have visions as you discribe. And if the furniture has been sprinkled with the Blood of the Lamb, will it not start to prophesy of things to come? - because the Blood of Jesus always testifies and cries out from every place where it falls and has His Bloodline not fallen beneath the Altar?
TIME TO ABSORB
Sometimes in my anticipation for the “next thing” I miss the fullness of what God is doing in the “now thing”. I have sensed God saying to me lately that the “now thing” is unto the “next thing” so pay great attention to what He is doing in this moment. Thanks John Paul for the ‘pause’ between blog postings. It has caused me to take more time to ponder these things and let them soak in.

Melody, I agree with you 100 percent regarding focusing on what God is doing now. As believer’s living on this planet God can only break into our time “a created thing” to interact with us and reveal to us what He has already done. The future is definitely contingent upon what we as christian believers do regarding the Kingdom of God in the here and now. Way to go Melody. This is a sobering revelation and a good wake up call for those who come to this blog on a regular basis. The “eternal now” is the only place for us to legitimately “BE” as we purpose to wait upon the Lord. Who needs “COW BOYS AND INDIANS” when you have access to God’s Holy Angels in the here and now! Be still oh, my soul and know that “I AM” God!

I believe those who are eating this meat he is feeding us some of us are actually here and it’s so exciting to know that you have no idea but you just know that God is preparing you to be used for his glory. His most beautiful LIFE as the Sacrifice LAMB on the execution stake offered up as a sweet perfume and fragrant incense (frankincense, myrrh…)to God in mankind place becomes a sweet odor from the believers lips in praise, thanksgiving and worship. Psalms 141:2 “Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.” Beloved, let us continue this journey together and invite others to come. Dear Mr Jackson, Thank you Thank you Thank you…..I only wish I had read this 6 months ago….I found it today……and it explains everything that has happened to me since I was made redundant from my job on 5th Dec 2008…….EVERYTHING is EXACTLY as it has been happening…..the scriptures…..EVERYTHING………. EXACTLY…as you have detailed it……I am still in shock abit……..I wonder why I only found this now today on the 7th May……..but actually I think I needed it today to help me understand…….in my lack of understanding there was something in me resisting…..but now I understand that the Father is actually answering my prayers and the cry of my heart and his….it really is TOTAL SURRENDER isn’t it????????…………Please write MAY’s…….I want to know what is going to happen next……God bless you soooo much…..thank you thank you thank you……………I love you and your whole family….thank you…you truly are a Father in the Kingdom.
